Incident Synopsis
Just after 2 pm Monday afternoon FF’s were called to service for a house fire @ 1117 Manchester Lane in East Charlotte. First arriving firefighters reported heavy smoke and flames coming from the rear of this 1-story house. It took FF’s just under fifteen minutes to control this blaze which caused an estimated $25 - $30K in damages. The fire cause was ruled accidental. There were no injuries to report, however the American Red Cross was called to assist two elderly adults who were displaced as a result of this incident.
