Incident Synopsis
Just after 10:30 Thursday morning FF’s responded to reports of a structure fire @ the Sir Johns Hill condominiums near the South Park area of Charlotte. FF’s were met with heavy fire & smoke conditions upon their arrival, but were able to control the blaze in less than fifteen minutes. The fire has been ruled accidental and caused an estimated $20,000 in damages. There were no injuries to civilians or firefighters, although one (1) feline did perish in the blaze. One adult was displaced, but was able to access temporary shelter without assistance.
