Incident Synopsis
Firefighter’s responded to assist CMPD with a missing person’s search at 11:45 this AM in the 1700 block of Jennings Street. The victim was reported missing since 6:30 this morning from a private dwelling. CMPD activated the telephone notification system (reverse 911) for an area of one mile in radius, and radio cars were sent to canvas known previous destinations of the patient. Members of Ladder 4 located the patient (an 84 y/o male) in a wooded area near the 1500 block of Jennings Street at 12:18 pm. The patient was disoriented, and treated for possible dehydration and heat exposure. Medic arrived at 12:38:39 hours and transported the patient to CMC.
